It is understood that Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) has been in contact with your organisation regarding transitioning to an alternative Payment Gateway Service Provider.  

This is due to the Securepay’s PCI DSS Compliance elapsing.  As soon as Bookeasy Tourism Solutions were made aware of this, we have been working with Securepay to obtain the appropriate undertakings and to ensure that we have a firm position in relation to SecurePay’s roadmap to achieving PCI DSS V3.1 Compliance.

Consulting with SecurePay, they have provided us with a statement which can be provided on request. 

At no stage have we been given the impression or confirmation from SecurePay that their credit card storage or processing is unsafe or has been compromised.

In the scenario that your organisation does wish to transition to an alternative Payment Gateway Service Provider, Bookeasy are also securely integrated with eWay, PayPal, DPS and Bendigo Bank.
