When will credit card details be stored against bookings?

Credit card details will be stored against all bookings made online though your website, they will not be stored against the booking when inserting a gateway payment through the internal Bookeasy Staff console.

How do i view the credit card details?

Credit card details will be stored against all bookings made online though your website, they will not be stored against the booking when inserting a gateway payment through the internal Bookeasy Staff console. To view the credit card details there will be an option to click to view the credit card information “Click to display” highlighted below.

What is the password to access the credit card information?

The initial password to open the credit card vault is your Bookeasy Visitor Centre Short Name, usually this is simply the town you are in. 
Once you have input the correct password, the credit card information will be displayed.

What if I don’t know the password?

If you try the town name and this doesn’t work, it could mean that it is setup differently in Bookeasy. In this case there will be a forgot password option you can click, which will prompt you to send an email to support@bookeasy.com.au which will them be responded to by our support staff.

Can I change this password?

To change your password, there is an option when clicking to view the credit card information that says “Change Password”
Once clicked, you will need to enter in your current password, then insert your new password and verify the password and click change.

Important: We highly recommend you change the Password to ensure greater security.

How will this affect my operators?

This shouldnt affect your operators at all as these details are stored against the itinerary in your staff console.
