Calls to the Impart Helpdesk during staffed hours will be answered directly based on staff availability.
When staff is unavailable, messages left during business hours will be returned within 2 hours.
Messages left on the Impart helpdesk main number or emails to the helpdesk during non-staffed hours will be returned the next business day, within 2 hours of opening.
Calls to the Emergency number, referenced in the helpdesk message, will be answered directly or returned within 2 hours.
