Response Commitment:
  • Calls to the Impart Helpdesk during staffed hours will be answered directly based on staff availability.
  • When staff is unavailable, messages left during business hours will be returned within 2 hours.
  • Messages left on the Impart helpdesk main number or emails to the helpdesk during non-staffed hours will be returned the next business day, within 2 hours of opening.
  • Calls to the Emergency number, referenced in the helpdesk message, will be answered directly or returned within 2 hours.

Messages must include the following information to assist in solving the issue quickly and providing quality feedback:
  • Name of the business and branch/locations identification number
  • Street address, City and State
  • Contact Name (first and last) and phone number
  • Detailed description of the problem.
