What is it?
The Virtual Concierge consists of three elements:
  1. The Screen Content:
    The Screen Content is the information that will be displayed on the screen. Our content embodies a philosophy of maintaining high quality design that is branded for your property while sustaining flexible and highly functional content to your guests. Using the touch screen, guests are able to easily navigate throughout the six interactive areas of the kiosk which includes: Meeting & Events, Virtual Tour, Amenities, Hotel Restaurants, Local Guide & Transportation.

  2. The Content Management System:
    The Content Management System is used to edit and update the information on the Virtual Concierge. Using an easy to use web interface, users are able to update everything from meeting and events, photos, buttons, slide-shows, amenities, menus, local listings and much more. You have complete control over all of the content residing on the screen or you can create user accounts for your hotel and restaurant staff.

  3. The Hardware:
    The hardware consists of an LCD screen w/touch, IQ Box, enclosure (or wall mount), installation and network monitoring. The touch screen content will automatically update from the Content Management System within minutes and your guests will always be able to access content from the kiosk even if your internet connection goes down.
