With a major expansion underway for the Phoenix Convention Center, Aramark's Aventura Catering, who provides catering and concession services for the center, decided to update their branding as well. They chose Impart to digitize their menu boards, both to emphasize the variety in their menus and improve the presentation to their patrons. There were several areas that were extremely important to the client.

By using digital media to communicate the menu to their clients, Aramark utilized an exciting new application that few companies have explored. The client also wanted a clean, easy to read menu. By going with Impart they received a complete solution that allows them to easily update and expand their menu on the fly.

Easy to Use, Easy to Change

Starting with the Impart IQ Box™ digital media player, we worked with Aramark to create a solution that makes it extremely easy to update, highlight or remove menu items. With the web-based system menu content can be managed locally, regionally or nationally. A simple-to-use interface allows Aramark to change menu items, descriptions or prices instantly, from any computer with internet access. Menus and prices can also be changed depending on the time of day, or day of the week, allowing the client to promote daily specials.

“Mouth-Watering” Food Shots

The client also wanted to showcase a variety of enticing food shots to draw people in. With traditional menu boards, they would have been limited to a few static images. By using the Impart IQ Box™ digital media player, Aramark is able to use a wide variety of dynamic graphics for their menus. And, like the menu items, the graphics are easy to swap out with a moments notice.
