iPoint Travel Network™

Clear Channel Airports (CCA), a division of Clear Channel Outdoor, in a strategic market collaborative agreement with Seattle based, Impart Media Group, Inc. have jointly developed a proprietary travel information kiosk network called iPoint™, specifically for airports and their guest travelers. iPoint™ provides the services that airports should be providing (voluntarily and/or by government mandate) for their guest travelers and also creates revenues through advertising and sponsorships.

Airport guest travelers are serviced by iPoint™, via interactive maps that are easy and inexpensive to update and include traveler desired information such as, instant paging, TSA/Airport Security/Amber Alerts and even detailed guides for the airport's amenities and shops. Revenue is earned through advertisements in specific areas on iPoint™, tapping into the local, regional, and/or national markets.

CCA assists the airports with 100% of the iPoint™ equipment, fees and installation costs. Any design work, programming, and creative production labor - performed by CCA for the airport's required information - will be billed against the airport's revenue account, which is derived from paid advertising on the iPoint Travel Network™. The iPoint Travel Network™, and all the services provided, never takes cash out of hand for the airport.

Revenue sharing between CCA and the airport depends upon the message complexity and equipment scale of each installation and its related investment. Every airport has its own unique requirements that affect its ability to earn back the initial investment - which impacts when and how revenue sharing starts and the negotiated percentage of advertising revenues shared between CCA and the airport.
